This App is available on Android (via Google Play), as a Progressive Web App (PWA), and on the web at https://nagarush.bmgames.online. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may collect the following types of information:

Naga Rush is a multiplayer online game. When you play in multiplayer modes, your username, score, and gameplay statistics are shared with other players in the same match. Leaderboard data (including your username and scores) may be displayed publicly within the App.

Multiplayer session data is processed in real-time and may be temporarily stored on our servers to facilitate gameplay. We do not share your personal information with other players beyond what is necessary for the game experience.

Naga Rush uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and other technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

• Advertising identifiers may be collected and used for ad personalization.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
• On Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• On iOS / Web: Adjust your browser or device privacy settings.

Naga Rush uses the following Google Firebase services to provide core functionality:

• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how players engage with the App and improve gameplay.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash and error reports to help us identify and fix stability issues.
• Firebase Realtime Database: Stores multiplayer session data, leaderboards, and real-time game state.

These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through these services.

When you use Naga Rush on the web or as a PWA, we may use browser local storage and similar technologies to store your game preferences, progress, and settings. These are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless required for multiplayer functionality.

You can clear local storage at any time through your browser or device settings. Note that doing so may reset your in-game preferences and progress.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Gameplay data and leaderboard entries may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of maintaining historical rankings and game statistics.

Local storage data on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Server-side data may be anonymized or deleted after a period of inactivity.

Naga Rush is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any information through it.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., social sharing, external leaderboards). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

Third-party services we use include:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Realtime Database)
• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• Google Play Services (Android)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your information.
• Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your information.
• Portability: Request that we transfer your information to another service.

Naga Rush is operated from servers that may be located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
